Not through an account manager. The person doing the work answers your questions about the work.

Including revisions and follow-up months later. Continuity matters more than availability, so we would rather quote a later start date than hand your project to someone new.

Scope
What our team does, and does not, do.
Our specialists provide research support, data analysis, editorial work and tutoring. That means designing and running an analysis, editing a manuscript you wrote, explaining assessment criteria, and teaching a method.
It does not mean completing assessed work that a student submits as their own. We decline those requests, including from returning clients, and our position is set out in full in our academic integrity and fair use policy.
Where a supervisor, journal or centre asks what support was provided, we will supply a written record of it. Nothing we do is intended to be undisclosed.
