Why Choose Us

Why Choose Us

Most people who contact us have already been burned once.

They paid in advance. The seven-day deadline became two months. The “subject matter expert” turned out to be a sales coordinator they were never allowed past. The draft that finally arrived was AI-generated, half the agreed length, and missing the reference list. When they complained, they were asked for more money.
We built this practice around not being that.

You speak to the person doing your work

No coordinator layer. No “I’ll check with the team and get back to you.” From the first call, you are introduced by name to the researcher, statistician, or editor assigned to your project, and you have a direct line to them for the length of the engagement.

If your work involves statistical analysis, your statistician will tell you which test fits your design and why. You should never be asked to supply the methodology you hired someone to advise you on.

The scope is written down before any money moves

Before you pay anything, you receive a one-page scope document that states:

β€’ Exactly what is being delivered (chapter, section, analysis, tables, word count).

β€’ What is explicitly not included

β€’ The number of revision rounds included

β€’ The delivery date for each milestone

β€’ The total cost, and confirmation that it is the total cost.

If it isn’t in that document, we don’t charge you for it later. Mid-project price revisions are the single most common complaint in this industry, and we don’t do them.

Deadlines, with something at stake

Every project is broken into milestones with dates. You get a progress update at each one whether or not you ask for it β€” you shouldn’t have to chase anyone daily to be told “tomorrow.”
If we miss an agreed milestone for any reason on our side, [insert your commitment here β€” e.g. a 10% reduction on the outstanding balance for every week of delay]. We would rather quote you an honest twelve weeks than sell you an impossible three.

Human work, and we prove it

Every delivery includes, at no extra charge:

β€’ An Turnitin si.3698milarity report (licence number available on request).

β€’ An AI-detection report.

β€’ The raw output files for any analysis, so you can reproduce it yourself.

We put this in writing at the start and it is never withdrawn at delivery. If a report is promised in your scope document, it arrives with your draft.

If you can get the same output from a free chatbot in ten minutes, you have not been given research support. You have been given a receipt.

You brief us once

We record the briefing call and circulate a written summary within 24 hours for your confirmation. Any material you share β€” your guide’s comments, university guidelines, journal templates, a recording of your supervisor’s feedback β€” is read by the person actually doing the work before they start, and they will reference it back to you in the kickoff note.
You should not have to explain your own project three times.

Revisions are included, not resold

Your scope document specifies how many revision rounds are included. Those rounds are honoured after final payment, not held hostage against it. Requests are acknowledged within one working day, not one month.

You pay in stages, against work you have actually seen

[Adjust to your model, e.g.:] 30% to begin, 40% on delivery of the first complete draft, 30% on final delivery. You are never more than one milestone ahead of the work in hand.

Our refund terms are stated in the same document, in plain language, before you pay. [Insert your actual terms.]
