If Excellence Innovations fails to deliver your completed order within the agreed deadline, and the delay is entirely attributable to our team, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the extent of the delay and its impact on your submission.

4. Revision First, Refund Second
Excellence Innovations offers free, unlimited revisions within the original scope of your instructions.
