From Raw Research Data to a Submission-Ready Dissertation

The Client Brief & Initial Challenge
A detailed academic format had to be converted into a manageable workflow.
The project began with a clear dissertation format brief. The client required the complete academic sequence from front matter and literature review through methodology, statistical analysis, results, discussion, conclusion, limitations, implications, future research, references and a final data sheet. The expected length was around 60 pages, and the Results section had to contain SPSS tables together with concise explanations of what each table meant.

Once the corrections were incorporated, the project moved into finalisation. The focus shifted from isolated chapters to the complete submission package: results and interpretations had to sit correctly in the dissertation, citations and references had to be consistent, supporting reliability/calculation material had to remain accessible in the appendices, and the front matter and table of contents had to be ready for printing.

The Client Journey: From Draft to Binding
The case-study evidence shows a practical end-to-end journey. First, the required dissertation structure and approximate length were confirmed. Next, the dissertation and data sheet were shared for analysis. SPSS outputs and interpretation were integrated, followed by a targeted correction round. Finally, front matter, appendix, page numbering, table of contents and binding requirements were addressed.
SPSS SOFTWARE OUTCOME
The statistical analysis demonstrated strong reliability, with a Cronbachβs Alpha of 0.991 across 25 items. Descriptive statistics showed mean scores of 2.1453 for psychological capital, 2.1171 for wellbeing, and 2.7440 for job performance. Regression analysis indicated a strong and statistically significant relationship between psychological capital and wellbeing (R = .977, RΒ² = .955, p < .001). Overall, the findings suggest that psychological capital was strongly associated with employee wellbeing, while the additional statistical tests supported further assessment of demographic and work-related characteristics.
