About Us

Every successful academic project begins with understanding the client’s challenge, the assessment expectations, and the practical work required to deliver a complete submission.
Avisekh Mitra approached Excellence Innovations for professional support with an academic project involving data visualization and academic content writing as part of his studies at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation in Berlin.
At the beginning, he had the assignment requirements and submission expectations, but the task demanded more than a conventional written report. It required HR data to be analysed, translated into meaningful visual insights, implemented through an interactive Tableau dashboard, and then explained clearly in academic form

The project combined four connected requirements

Understanding the Client’s Requirements

The project began with a detailed review of the assignment brief, assessment expectations, required outputs, submission timeline, and academic standards. This was essential because the practical Tableau work and the written report had to support each other rather than operate as separate pieces.
The assignment required an HR Analytics Dashboard capable of communicating employee-related insights clearly. At the same time, the written component needed to explain the dataset, analytical process, Tableau implementation, visualization choices, findings, and managerial implications in a logical academic structure.
Once the requirements were understood, we prepared a workflow covering dataset review, Tableau development, dashboard construction, interpretation, academic writing, feedback, revision, and final quality checking.

The Main Challenge

The main challenge was not simply to display HR data. The project needed to transform a large set of employee variables into information that could answer meaningful workforce questions and support an academically defensible discussion.

β€’ Which workforce groups require greater attention from HR managers?
